Friday 29 May – PE with Mr McBride
Thank you to those who have sent in entries for our Kaimes In Action Art Challenge. If you have a piece of art that you would like to enter, please send a copy to admin@kaimes.edin.sch.uk. Entries are to be sent in by lunch time today.
Life Long Learning activities will be available on OneNote form Monday. Please feel free to go back over our previous two skills to find learning activities that you and your child can enjoy.
Unfortunately I don’t have any further updates to share with you about our return to school in August. We continue to receive guidance from the Scottish Government, updated most recently yesterday, and this is helping shape the plan at a local authority level for all schools across Edinburgh.
It looks like we may have a sunny and warm weekend ahead of us. With the lifting of some restrictions many families will have a chance to reconnect with those that they haven’t seen for the past two months. Enjoy it and take care.

Wednesday 27 May – Senior & Transitions Assembly
Reminder:
Kaimes In Action Art Challenge closes this Friday at 1.00pm. Please send your entries to the Whatsapp number or email admin@kaimes.edin.sch.uk. The winning entry will replace the image at the top of this home page for the remainder of our school closure.
Those learners moving into S4, 5 and 6 next year and returning to Kaimes, are to complete their course choice sheet by Friday this week. Click here to take you to the course choice page and appropriate form. There is no login required. This should not be completed by those seniors in Positive Pathways classes at this stage.
At this time there are no further updates on our return to Kaimes School.

Monday 25 May – Headteacher Update, Skills Focus 3 and Junior Assembly
We now move to Skills Focus 3: Life Long learning. The images below and the PDF file link, will enable you to lead learning in your home this week. The OneNote learning activities for Life Long Learning will be available from Monday next week as planned. If you would like to use any of the previous skills activities, please feel free to do so.
Have a great week.
