Watch the advert for this celebration and discuss with an adult the ways you can help our planet be healthy. There might be things you can do in the house right now to help our planet. Why not get started straight away!!!
Simple breathing exercise with a great visual. Follow the fish round the square. If you practice this every day when you are calm, you might find it starts to come in handy when you feel overwhelmed. Note to parents: Don’t encourage your child to try to do this when they are struggling with something. Rather practice it regularly first, and only once they are very familiar with it, you could suggest they try it when they are feeling overwhelmed. You can draw a square on anything and use a finger to move along the sides of the square, so you don’t need the clip after the first few practices.
Regulation and Relax
Mr Patterson is finding that all these changes can be difficult for him. But he has a simple breathing exercise that helps him, and might help you too.
